It's Whitewater Paddle Club TimeDon't Miss ItWritten by LDIt's that time of year when it gets warmer and our whitewater kayaking paddle club gets going. Every Thursday night a group of paddlers joins us and heads down to the Klamath River or the Rogue River for a couple of hours of playing on the river. Every Thursday night meet at Kokopelli River Center at 4:45pm and we will all caravan to the river. There is no charge for paddle club but a donation for gas is always appreciated. Rental equipment is available for $20. Call to reserve your equipment and also to let us know if you will be participating. To participate with paddle club you must have taken a whitewater kayak lesson from Kokopelli or another ACA certified kayak school or are an experienced class 2 whitewater kayaker. You may also be an inflatable kayaker with some river running experience. We look forward to seeing you next Thursday! ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦
