Kayak Lesson Reservation Policies

Whitewater Kayak Lessons

A 10% non-refundable deposit will be charged at the time of reservation of your whitewater kayak lesson. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the class and is then non-refundable.There will be no exceptions to these rules.

Kayak Touring Classes

A 10% non-refundable deposit will be charged at the time of reservation of your whitewater kayak lesson. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the class and is then non-refundable. There will be no exceptions to these rules.

Multi-Day Kayak Lessons

Upon reserving a multi-day campout kayak lesson you will be charged a 10% non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the class and is then non-refundable. Due to the small nature of these multi-day lessons your cancellation may cause the lesson to be canceled for others reserved in the same class. There will be no exception to these rules

More Reservation Information

  • Advance Reservations are required.
  • Groups of four or more receive a 10% discount off any Level 1, Level 2, Whitewater Kayak Immersion course (Does not include campout course)
  • If Level 1 and Level 2 lessons are reserved together you will receive a 10% discount off the Level 1 class
  • Out of our control: A 3% river BLM/USFS usage fee will be added to all of our kayaking lessons.

Kokopelli reserves the right to cancel or change any lesson upon our discretion. All lessons run regardless of weather conditions.

Kokopelli Kayak and Whitewater, LLC and Kokopelli River Center are equal opportunity service providers. We operate under special use permits administered by: USFS Happy Camp District, BLM Medford District, BLM Klamath Falls District, and Jackson County Parks.

Release of Liability

River trips and kayak lessons are not without inherent risks. Kokopelli River Center cannot assume responsibility for injury to rafting / kayaking / rental participants or loss of personal property. You will be required to read and sign a waiver and release prior to your trip.
